Orbia is a global chemical manufacturing company specialising in polymers, materials, and infrastructure with over 23,000 employees in more than 50 countries.
What did our clients want?
Our client's mission was to embed a cyber security aware culture across the business. Our brief was to develop the identity and the campaign that would kick off this important and on-going activity; one that could sustain messaging throughout the year and re-ignite as a campaign on an annual basis.
What did we do?
We developed an identity for the ambition; a look and feel to drive the campaign and its associated messaging - we based this around cyber heroes, encouraging and enabling all Orbia employees to learn how to be one.
We unpicked all the messaging and education that accompanied it and planned the month-long campaign across all Orbia's internal communications channels, creating evolving, easy-to-consume cyber safety messages, tailored for how and when colleagues received them.
We created a series of adverts as well as an animation based on the hero characters, all designed to both educate and to encourage Orbia colleagues to visit the company's intranet to learn more.
We designed and wrote emails, Yammer posts, idents, templates and even a quiz (which we also built) - all combining to ensure that everyone was aware of the campaign and, more importantly, that Orbia's cyber safety increases.
And we're still doing it. A year later, we re-energised the campaign with some extra thinking and ran it again, embedding safer cyber behaviour across the business.
